This painting has been created on a wooden cradle board. It is a mixed media piece comprising of Acrylic Paint, Graphite, Oil Pastel, Ink, Coloured Pencil and Collage (including a mix of vintage paper and paper hand made by the artist). The painting is 76cm by 76cm by 2.5cm, has been sealed with three layers of satin varnish to protect the work and comes ready to hang.
'Light Reflections Dance On Blue Walls' has over 30 layers of paint and collage contained within it. Building it up layer by layer creates depth, texture and history. It has been finished with a sealing coat of acrylic medium and then varnished with three layers of Satin Polymer Varnish with UVLS (Ultra-Violet Light Stabiliser) for protection. Use a dry, lint free, cloth for dusting.
